Native English Teacher - OMO Model

Job Summary

We are seeking enthusiastic and qualified English teachers to deliver high-quality lessons through the OMO (Online Merge Offline) model. This role involves teaching students from grades 1 to 12, following the Vietnamese Ministry of Education and Training (MOET) curriculum or University students following the general English curriculum, and working closely with academic teams to ensure a smooth and effective hybrid learning experience.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree (preferably in English, Education, or a related field)

  • Valid teaching certification (TEFL, TESOL, CELTA, or equivalent)

  • Minimum 1 year of teaching experience, preferably with knowledge of K-12 learners and the Vietnamese MOET curriculum

  • Experience with online teaching platforms, especially ClassIn, is highly desirable

  • Native-level English proficiency is required (applicants from native-English-speaking countries preferred)

  • Strong communication, digital literacy, and classroom management skills

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan and deliver lessons in accordance with the MOET curriculum for primary, lower secondary, and upper secondary levels
  • Conduct OMO (online – merge – offline)  classes using educational platforms (ClassIn) with engaging and student-centered methodologies
  • Monitor and evaluate student performance, providing timely and constructive feedback to support learning progress
  • Collaborate with academic managers and teaching teams to ensure smooth operations, effective implementation, and student retention
  • Create a positive and inclusive classroom environment, both online and offline, that encourages participation and confidence
  • Adapt lesson plans and materials to suit diverse learning needs and levels
  • Participate in professional development sessions, team meetings, and school activities as required
  • Uphold academic integrity and contribute to continuous improvement of the OMO program
