Privacy Policy

The Institute of Studies of International Education and Economics (ISIEE), a member unit of the Association of Vietnamese Universities and Colleges, established under Decision No. 16/QĐ-HH-VTT dated 10 June 2022 and operating under certificate No. A-2511 issued by the Ministry of Science and Technology of Vietnam (“ISIEE”, “we”) respects your privacy. This policy explains what information we collect when you use the isiee.edu.vn website, why we collect it, how we store and protect it, and your rights.
1. Information you send us
When you submit the contact form, we receive your name (or your organisation's name), email address, phone number and your message.
We use this information only to reply to and help with your request. We do not use it to send you marketing without your consent.
By submitting the form you confirm your consent to this Privacy Policy, and we record when you gave it. You can withdraw your consent at any time (see section 6).
If you are under 16, please ask a parent or guardian to contact us on your behalf.
2. Anonymous usage statistics
To improve the website, we record the pages viewed, the links and buttons clicked, the type of device (phone, tablet or computer) and the approximate country of each visit.
The country is worked out from your IP address at the moment of the visit. We do not store your IP address.
We use no cookies for this and create no lasting identifier: each browser tab gets a random session code that disappears when you close the tab. This means we cannot tell how many times one person has visited.
If your browser sends “Do Not Track” or “Global Privacy Control”, we record no statistics at all.
3. Third-party content
Some pages embed YouTube videos (in privacy-enhanced mode) and a Google Maps map. When this content loads, Google may collect data under Google's own privacy policy.
The website links to other sites such as LinkedIn and YouTube. Those sites have their own policies.
4. Storage, protection and sharing
Data is stored on Google Cloud infrastructure in Singapore and sent over encrypted connections (HTTPS). Only staff authorised by ISIEE can access the contact details you send.
We do not sell your personal information and do not share it with third parties for marketing.
5. How long we keep data
Contact details you send: kept for as long as needed to handle your request and any related follow-up. You can ask us to delete them at any time, and we will then remove them from our systems entirely.
Usage statistics: detailed records are kept for 90 days; daily totals for 24 months.
Our hosting provider's system logs may record IP addresses for operation and security; they are deleted automatically after 30 days.
6. Your rights
You have the right to ask to see, correct or delete the personal information you sent us, and to withdraw your consent at any time. You may also lodge a complaint under Vietnam's personal data protection law.
