About ISIEE
The Institute of Studies of International Education and Economics (ISIEE) is a member unit under the Association of Vietnamese Universities and Colleges, officially established under Decision No. 16/QĐ-HH-VTT dated June 10, 2022 and together with the license No A-2511 by the Ministry of Science and Technology of Vietnam (MOST), ISIEE aligns with the national goals set by the Prime Minister, This includes developing standardized and internationally-oriented training programs in education and economics; strengthening school governance and leadership capacity, and fostering international collaboration , facilitating knowledge transfer between countries worldwide — particularly the United Kingdom — and all schools in Vietnam.

What Sets ISIEE Apart
ISIEE stands out not only because of its vision and culture, but also because it is a research institute with a unique mission: to pursue the best educational opportunities for the young generation of Vietnam.
In pursuit of this mission, ISIEE has begun developing a range of academic programs—from short-term training courses to diploma, bachelor’s, and master’s degree levels—designed to meet UK academic standards. These programs are validated by London Metropolitan University (UK), recognized by the UK Academic Review Council, and endorsed by the Association of Vietnamese Universities and Colleges. ISIEE is further encouraged to continue its research and expand these programs for transfer and implementation by Vietnamese universities, colleges, and academies as part of joint training initiatives leading to dual degrees. This research-based model enables Vietnamese institutions to avoid purchasing copyrighted curricula from abroad.
In addition, ISIEE has pioneered research into innovative English communication teaching methods for students, applying technology to enhance learning effectiveness through the OMO Model — a blended Online-Merge-Offline approach. This model adopts a Dual Teachers method, where native English-speaking teachers deliver online speaking and listening lessons, while Vietnamese teachers provide on-site classroom support. This coordinated approach ensures that slower learners are better supported and able to keep pace with their peers. The OMO model is designed for all levels of education, from early childhood to postgraduate studies.
