At the end of the course, students will:

• Master the foundation of AI technology and how to apply it in public administrative reform.
• Proficient in using leading AI tools (ChatGPT, Copilot, Google Bard…) to draft documents, create reports, look up and create content quickly.
  Identify and integrate AI into real-life workflows to optimize performance.
• Understand and comply with the principles of digital ethics, data security and legality when using AI.

Core content

The learning path is scientifically designed through 5 sessions, from overview to depth and practice:

Foundation: Overview of AI, digital transformation and major policies of Vietnam.
Practical skills: Look up information, create digital content (reports, plans, invitations) and work in groups on digital platforms using AI tools.
Advanced applications: Optimize document processing, automate internal processes and support people to use online public services.
Ethics & Security: Identify risks, protect data and related legal regulations.
Real projects: Practice in groups, solve simulated situations to apply all learned knowledge to actual work at the unit.

• Theory combined with practice through real-life situations.
• Students practice directly on popular A.I tools.
• Interact and work in groups to solve simulated work problems at state agencies.
