APPLICATION OF ARTIFICIAL INTELLIGENCE (AI) TOOLS FOR EDUCATION MANAGERS
Program Introduction
This training course aims to equip university administrators with the knowledge and skills to use artificial intelligence (AI) tools to optimize management work, improve work efficiency, automate tasks, and improve work quality. Specifically, students will learn how to use AI in information management, data analysis, report writing, workflow improvement, curriculum design, and teaching quality improvement. The course also addresses ethical issues in the use of AI and legal issues related to intellectual property rights and privacy.
Expected Outcomes
- Proficiently use AI tools to automate reporting, document management, and learning data analysis to improve productivity and support decision making.
- Strategically apply AI to curriculum design, lesson planning, test creation, and support scientific research.
- Understand and apply ethical principles, legal regulations on intellectual property rights, and privacy when deploying AI in educational environments.
Training Methodology
• Seamless integration of theory and hands-on practice during each session.
• Use of Popular A.I. Tools: Participants will be introduced to and practice with widely used A.I. tools for teaching and research, such as Google Scholar, Grammarly, ChatGPT, data analysis software, and content generation platforms.
• Online and Interactive Learning: The course will be delivered through live online sessions featuring interactive lectures, case-based exercises, and real-world applications.
