From August 28 to 30, 2025, a delegation of experts from the Institute of Studies of International Education and Economics (ISIEE) took part in the VietTESOL International Convention 2025, one of Vietnam’s premier academic forums in English Language Teaching (ELT).
This year’s convention, co-organized by Can Tho University, the National Foreign Language Project, and the VietTESOL Association, was held under the theme “Innovating ELT: Sustainability & Global Readiness”. The event brought together nearly 1,000 participants from Vietnam and abroad. With hundreds of specialized sessions, the convention addressed key contemporary issues such as the integration of technology and Artificial Intelligence (AI) in ELT, pedagogical innovations, and teacher professional development in the digital era.
ISIEE’s participation in this significant event highlights its strategic commitment to keeping pace with emerging trends and the latest advancements in language education. The convention also provided valuable opportunities for the Institute to engage, exchange, and build networks with researchers, educators, and policymakers nationwide.
Through active participation in flagship professional forums like VietTESOL, ISIEE reaffirms its dedication to pioneering modern educational models and contributing to the sustainable advancement of the English language teaching community in Vietnam.
