The Institute of Studies of International Education and Economics (ISIEE) and HRC Group have signed a Comprehensive Partnership Agreement to expand and implement the Ignite English Program, OMO model with 100% Native English Speaker teachers delivering online lessons.
This collaboration aims to:
- Improve English teaching quality for students across Vietnam.
- Apply the OMO (Online-Merge-Offline) model more effectively in classrooms.
- Integrate native English-speaking teachers delivering online lessons with Vietnamese teachers co-teaching directly in class.
- Strengthen monitoring and learning outcomes using a modern education platform.
From HRC Group:
- Mr. Le Ngoc Son – Chairman.
- Mr. Nguyen Hong Ron – Vice Chairman/CEO.
From ISIEE:
- Ms. Nguyen Thi Hong Loan – President.
- Ms. Nguyen Thi Ngoc Quyen – Vice President
Senior managers and specialists from ISIEE were also in attendance.
Under the signed agreement, ISIEE and HRC Group will officially team up to launch the Ignite English program, supporting students’ listening and speaking skills through the OMO (Online–Merge–Offline) model.
The highlight of this collaboration is that 100% of teachers are native English speakers delivering online lessons, fully integrated with Vietnamese teachers co-teaching directly in the classroom togwther with ClassIn platform . By leveraging ISIEE’s expertise in research and operations together with HRC Group’s management capabilities and wide network, this new partnership promises to deliver this advanced educational solution to a larger student community
At the ceremony, ISIEE President Hong Loan, Nguyen (Mrs.) expressed her confidence that this strategic partnership with HRC Group, led by experienced educators and managers such as Ngoc Son, Le (Mr.) and Hong Ron, Nguyen (Mr.) will create new momentum to strengthen English proficiency for Vietnam’s youth in the era of global integration, in line with the government’s national initiative to establish English as a second language in schools from 2025 to 2035, with a vision toward 2045.
The signing ceremony concluded successfully, marking the beginning of a sustainable and impactful collaboration for two organizations.
