On the afternoon of October 29, 2025, The Institute of Studies of International Education and Economics (ISIEE) organized the Graduation and Madison (USA) International TESOL Certificate Awarding Ceremony. This event marks a significant milestone in the trainees’ journey toward becoming professional English language educators.
The ceremony was conducted in a formal yet intimate atmosphere, attended by the Institute’s Leadership, staff, and trainees participating via both in-person (offline) and online formats.
In her address, Dr. Nguyen Thi Ngoc Quyen – Vice President of ISIEE – extended warm congratulations to the new English teachers. She emphasized the critical importance of continuously updating modern teaching methodologies and expressed her confidence that the course has equipped trainees with a solid foundation to stand confidently in the classroom.
In an emotional moment, a trainee representative delivered a speech expressing deep gratitude to the lecturers and the ISIEE team for their dedicated support and for providing a high-quality training program that meets international standards.
The graduation ceremony concluded, opening a new chapter for these fresh TESOL teachers. ISIEE pledges to remain a prestigious institution in training professional English teachers to international standards. We aim to meet the rigorous demands of the education sector in the context of global integration, specifically addressing the urgent need for high-quality human resources.
According to official data from the Ministry of Education and Training, the country requires an additional 22,000 preschool and primary English teachers to implement the Project “Making English a Second Language in Schools for the 2025-2035 Period, with a Vision to 2045.”
