On the morning of March 16, 2026, The Institute of Studies International Education and Economics (ISIEE) welcomed and held a direct working session with a delegation from Glenn College Vietnam and Global College Canada.
The event marked an important milestone in ISIEE’s strategy to expand its international education ecosystem, with a focus on rolling out the GC Online TESOL international teaching certificate program and the Canada Summer Camp in the near future.
Attendees and Cooperation Goals
The meeting took place in a formal yet open atmosphere, with senior representatives from both sides in attendance.

During the session, both sides exchanged ideas and agreed on key directions for jointly implementing major education projects, with the goal of delivering real and practical training value to ISIEE’s learners and education partners
Launching the International TESOL Training Program
One of the key areas of cooperation is the integration of the GC Online TESOL course into ISIEE’s program system. This is an online international TESOL training program with a total of 120 hours, designed to equip English teachers with both the theoretical foundation and modern, internationally-standard teaching practices.
The close collaboration between Glenn College Canada, GC Education Center Vietnam, and ISIEE will help ensure that the training process, learner support, and quality control are carried out smoothly, effectively, and transparently.
Developing the Canada Summer Camp Program
In addition to the teacher training program, both sides also discussed in detail the organization of a Summer Camp at Trinity Western University (Canada). The program is designed for students aged 6 to 17, running for 5 weeks, and combines:
- An intensive English language program
- 21st-century skills development workshops
- Real-life experience and sightseeing activities across Canada
Through a learning model that blends language, skills, and international experience, the program aims to help students develop critical thinking, leadership, and teamwork skills, while broadening their global perspective and shaping their future direction.
Representatives from both sides exchanged souvenirs, expressing goodwill and their shared hopes for a long-term partnership.
At the close of the meeting, the leadership of ISIEE and representatives from Glenn College Canada expressed strong confidence in the potential of this partnership, and reaffirmed their commitment to moving quickly on the implementation roadmap for both programs.
