To strengthen operational capacity and create consistency across departments, on March 12–13, 2026, The Institute for Studies International Education and Economics (ISIEE) organized a Training & Internal Operations Standardization Program for all institute staff.
Training & Internal Operations Standardization Program for All Staff of The Institute of Studies International Education and Economics (ISIEE).
The training program was designed to help the team fully understand our academic products, the admissions process, and how our internal operations work. This prepares everyone with the right skills and knowledge to expand the Institute’s educational activities in the near future.
Training on the Institute’s Academic Programs
On the first day, the main focus was training staff and building a shared, clear understanding of ISIEE’s core academic programs.
All staff received in-depth introductions and training on the institute’s key programs, including:
- The OMO Dual-Teaching English Model (Online – Merge – Offline)
- Ignite English – for K12 students
- IELTS Exam Preparation Program
- Unis@English – English for college and university students
All staff received in-depth introductions and training on the institute’s key programs.
Through this training, staff gained a solid understanding of each program’s structure, academic value, and how it is meant to be delivered — ensuring consistency when communicating with, advising, or rolling out programs to partners and learners.
Standardizing the Communication and Enrollment Advising Process
Alongside the academic content, the program also focused on standardizing ISIEE’s Communication – Enrollment Advising process. Training sessions equipped staff with essential skills for approaching, advising, and negotiating with education partners — including school principals, parents, and students.
Training sessions equipped the team with essential skills for approaching, advising, and negotiating with education partners.
This standardization helps ensure that the institute’s enrollment activities and partner development are carried out in a professional, organized, and consistent manner across the entire system.
Strengthening Internal Operations and Management Processes
On the second day, the program went deeper into refining internal operations — with a particular focus on financial and accounting management. This training helped staff understand management procedures, document processing workflows, and relevant financial procedures, thereby improving transparency, efficiency, and accountability in day-to-day operations.
Hands-On Scenario Practice and Real-World Skills Assessment
To ensure consistent professional quality, all staff took part in real-world scenario role-play activities. Through live testing and direct evaluation, team members had the opportunity to practice their advising skills, handle realistic situations, and respond flexibly to challenges from partners and clients..
Toward a Professional and Unified Operating System
The training program not only delivered practical professional knowledge but also helped strengthen teamwork and coordination across departments. With its academic programs, enrollment processes, and internal operations now standardized, the ISIEE team is ready to enter a new phase of growth — with the goal of bringing quality, internationally-aligned education solutions to more students and education partners throughout 2026
