Quiet and unassuming, this year’s Christmas at the Institute of Studies of International Education and Economics (ISIEE) was filled with warmth and shared love. It was the joyful laughter as colleagues discovered one another through simple games. It was the excitement of secret gifts—carefully prepared and thoughtfully exchanged. And most of all, it was a team moment that reminded us of a powerful truth: never let go of each other’s hands. In that circle of connection, every individual mattered. We learned to rely on one another, to move patiently together, and to overcome challenges as one team. In the gentle spirit of the Christmas season, a message from our Director Hong Nguyen, Loan (Mrs.) touched every heart: “True strength is found in love.
