VINH LONG – Reaffirming our strong commitment to long-term collaboration with the education sector of Vinh Long province, the Institute of Studies of International Education and Economics (ISIEE) has successfully organized a series of intensive summer training courses, concluding with a meaningful and formal online Closing Ceremony.
This initiative was specifically designed by ISIEE to further develop students who had previously participated and achieved outstanding results in the Vinh Long Provincial English Public Speaking Contest for the 2024–2025 academic year. This activity is part of the Institute’s long-term strategy, joining hands with local authorities to implement the goal of making English a second language in schools, in line with Resolution 51 of 2025 issued by the Government.
Selected students representing Vinh Long were fully sponsored by ISIEE to join the “Voice of Summer 2025” program. The training package included specialized courses on English public speaking and advanced listening–speaking skills aligned with IELTS standards, enhanced with AI-powered learning tools. Classes were delivered by ISIEE’s team of Vietnamese and international expert instructors through the modern OMO (Online-Merge-Offline) teaching model that integrates technology into language education.
The 10-week program, valued at nearly VND 500 million, was entirely funded by ISIEE. This sponsorship also represented the fulfillment of the Institute’s earlier commitment to award scholarships to top-performing students from the recent provincial English public speaking contest.
During the Closing Ceremony, ISIEE faculty members and experts recognized the students’ significant progress in communication and language use. The success of the program was reflected not only in measurable academic outcomes but also in the students’ growth in confidence and personal development. These young learners are expected to become a source of inspiration for their peers in learning English.
The Summer 2025 program concluded on a high note, marking a meaningful learning journey and reaffirming ISIEE’s strong commitment to designing high-quality initiatives that accompany and contribute to the advancement of education in Vinh Long and across other provinces in Vietnam.
