HO CHI MINH CITY – On the evening of September 3, 2025, The Institute of Studies of International Education and Economics (ISIEE) successfully held the opening ceremony for its International TESOL Training course. This program features a cutting-edge Hybrid model, seamlessly integrating modern technology into education.
The ceremony served as a special bridge connecting trainees attending in-person at the ISIEE office with those joining online from various provinces across the country. The atmosphere was warm and intimate, effectively erasing geographical boundaries. This perfectly embodies the spirit of “Converging to Disseminate Knowledge” that our Institute always strives to uphold.
Organized in collaboration with Madison Education (USA), the TESOL course has attracted a diverse group of participants. This includes current teachers, language students, and individuals looking to standardize their teaching skills to meet international benchmarks.
By applying the OMO (Online-Merge-Offline) model, the course offers learners exceptional flexibility. Furthermore, it demonstrates ISIEE’s strong commitment to using advanced technology to deliver high-quality training programs to the teaching community nationwide.
The opening ceremony concluded successfully, marking the start of a promising new journey. We wish all our new trainees a productive learning experience filled with success!

Ms. Nguyen Thi Ngoc Quyen – Vice President of ISIEE – delivers her welcome remarks and shares the vision with new trainees at the Opening Ceremony.
